Paper Presentation

If there is any kind of damage to any equipment, then the participant will be responsible for it and will compensate for it.


This competition provides a perfect platform for the students to come forward and be the leaders of future by demonstrating their creative and technical skills as well as their knowledge. There are three sections namely A,B,C. Section A includes Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation Dept. Section B includes Mechanical & Civil Dept. Section C includes Computer and Information Technology Dept.


Students will have to present topics given/decided by the college (Emerging concepts, recent technological trends and development, etc.) which will help them in honing skills for their technical future.

Rules

  1. Minimum 1 and maximum 2 participants per paper are allowed.
  2. Persons from different colleges can be a part of same team.
  3. Participants have to submit their papers before deadline as per respected Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Civil, Mechanical, IT, CSE department.
  4. The participants are required to send a soft-copy along with abstract on the mail included in the google form.
  5. The front page of paper should be consisting of participants / team members names, contact no., email id, college name and title at the top of page and Abstract.
  6. All the participants are required to bring 2 hardcopy of their paper along with them on the day of event.
  7. Selected participants will give 7 min. for paper presentation & 3 min. for query session.
  8. Video (if any) allowed but within same time.
  9. Time limit should be strictly followed and extension may lead to deduction of marks.
  10. Bring your collage I-card & receipt on event day.
  11. Kindly bring your Power-Point presentation in a pen-drive.
  12. Do not copy content of PPT. any plagiarism from google, if found, will result in disqualification.
  13. Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper and Respective student.
  14. Winning certificate and Runner-up certificate will be allotted to the participant on the Prize Distribution Event, and Participation
    15. certificate will be given to all the participants except winner and 1st runner-up.
  15. Winner and Runner-up will be decided by the committee and the Guest. Their results are the final and no one can do any kind of obligation on it.
